Groovle.com سایتی است که به کاربران امکان میدهد به صفحات جستجوی گوگل پوستههای مختلف اعمال کنند (مثل این). قبلا در سال ۲۰۰۹ گوگل نامهای برای مسئولان groovle.com نوشته و از آنها خواسته بود این دامنه را در اختیار گوگل قرار دهند. اما این خواسته توسط مسئولان groovle.com برآورده نشد. در نهایت گوگل شکایتی تنظیم و به دادگاه حکمیت ملی (NAF) ارسال داشت. در این شکایتنامه به استفاده از دامنه groovle.com به خاطر شباهت به دامنه google.com اعتراض شده بود. اما نهایتا اعضای NAF اعلام کردند که groovle به اندازه کافی از نظر حروف با google متفاوت است و این دو با هم اشتباه نخواهند شد و علاوه بر آن groovle از کلماتی مثل groovy (یکنواخت) یا groove (شیار) گرفته شده است و این صورت گوگل این محکمه را باخت.
این اتفاق درست مانند اتفاقی است که در سال ۲۰۰۴ و درباره froogles.com رخ داد. در آن دادگاه نیز همه چیز به ضرر گوگل تمام شد.
